WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

OhBrides will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise only. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal. You have 14 days to return items after you receive your shipment. We unfortunately do NOT accept returns for customized items. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. Original shipping is non-refundable

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. If you choose to receive a refund in credit, you will receive an additional $5 in credit once your refund has been processed! Limited to one bonus credit per order.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

DO I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, OhBrides is not responsible for return shipping charges on all orders under $150. Please note, we will deduct $7 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A RETURN LABEL?

Please email info@oh-brides.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line, along with your order number to receive a return form and shipping label.

EXCHANGES ( IF APPLICABLE)

If you need to exchange your for a different size of the same item, or a similarly priced item, please email info@oh-brides.com with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line, along with your order number.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF OR TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Here at OhBrides, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order.

If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications, shipping changes. or cancel your order. Please email us immediately at info@oh-brides.com if you require a change.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order. However, shipping changes may still be made. Please email us immediately at info@oh-brides.com

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the contents of your package or the method of shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERABLE?

We would like to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Care team at info@oh-brides.com for assistance.
